All of the characteristics that I mentioned above are vital for an IT professional to succeed. They play a crucial role for one’s career not just for IT professionals.
But not all of them can be done easily, especially for a beginner. But as time pass by, while you are maturing as an employee you will find them to be much easier to do with the help of your experiences that you accumulated throughout your working career.
