Thereβs your chronological age, which is how long youβve been alive for, and what you use for birthday celebrations, but thereβs also your biological age, which is how old your body and cells actually are. This reflects your health and can indicate your life-expectancy. But itβs more difficult to determine. Biological age is a measure of how fast youβre aging by taking into account age-related changes and damages that accrue inside your body as you get older. The more changes and damages, the older your biological age. How do we figure out this secret biological age?
