Being Patient With Technology: Web 3.0 Is Going To Take A While

We tend to over estimate technology in the short term and under estimate it in the long term. This is why people have difficulty being so patient with it.

They end up in the right area only to exit because things are "not happening quick enough".

The revolution takes a long time to notice. It is only after years of development that we understand what takes place. This is why it is difficult to remain true to what is evolving.

Dude, Web3.0 is long here already. Web3.0 started finding implementation when Web2.0 was the buzzword of the day.

Web3.0 started with semantics, yes that’s right... damn tags. Every tag you use, was used by machines to categorize. Microformats, by among others Tantek Çelik, now their “successor” Schema.org, heck even RSS are the original Web3.0. Sir Tim Berners-Lee coined Web3.0 IIRC in 2003. GAFA have been building on top of Web3.0 principles until they recently switched to neural networks for improved results.

One could even argue that platforms such as BootstrapCDN are integral pillars in the Web3.0.
