Let's say that your currently used mobile phone costs $200 USD, and your current total monthly income is $1000 USD, so you could buy 5 of your currently used mobile phone.

I am a student with no stable job. I sometimes work summer jobs and then I could buy around 2-3 per month as my phone costs 120€ and my normal pay is around 300€ monthly as a student

I don't buy expensive mobile phones. Too risky, if it gets lost, and I don't play (games). A lower-middle-category one is perfect, and I use them at least 3-4 years.
I don't have a car either (I can drive.) Trying to save money to invest... all for the future.
