What Has Happened With ETC's Price!?

I was just checking out CoinMarketCap and while I was pleasantly surprised that most cryptos have been doing well today, Ethereum Classic's price has nearly doubled just in the past 3 days! I knew that the price would go up before the hard fork that happened recently, but I didn't expect it to go up much more after that. Man was I wrong! These are price increases that you just don't see very often. I'm actually a bit bummed now that I sold all mine a few days ago. I always say that crypto is an unpredictable beast, but right now by far, ETC is the most profitable crypto to mine for AMD cards.

I'm honestly in shock right now! I really like ETC and even though I currently don't hold any (since I sold what little bit I had), I'm actually really glad because AMD cards tend to be budget-oriented and this means that there's a good possibility that some smaller miners out there that's on a budget, have done really well for themselves especially if they mined before the price spike.

I've decided to start mining it again simply because... money lol. Maybe it'll keep going up, but I worry that such a sudden price spike may also lead to a sudden drop in price, but that doesn't seem likely here to me. Maybe I'm wrong. Oftentimes, I am. I didn't expect after Bitcoin SV's sudden price spike that it would stay up to where it is, but it seems like it's current price also has staying power.

I'll be looking at ETC closely these next few days while I try to mine whatever I can of it. It won't be much though.
