Kraken Exchange Highlights Bug That Allows Certain Users Of The Exchange To Maliciously Profit From The Sale Of Bitcoin

Popular cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has recently brought to light the case of a bug on their platform that reportedly allows some users on the platform to automatically and instantaneously profit whenever they buy Bitcoin.

The bug was said to have been active on the 13th of September and it allowed the users to buy and sell BTC at a price significantly different than the price in the rest of the market.

The existence and activities of the bug were confirmed after a series of tweets were released from the exchange's official handle on Twitter.

It was said to have been caused by misdemeanor in code being tested on the platform.
