fruit and veggies in Thailand taste how they are supposed to taste and are not modified and filled with chemicals and all sorts of other crap that they put in the food where we live.
How many times have I said this! You cannot believe the difference until you experience it.

Ya, the food has been so much better here than at home. It is sad to go back just for that simple fact. Even if we ate “organic” food in the US, it doesn’t compare to the truly organic nature of the food there in Thailand. We are definitely planning a return trip out there as soon as we can, and we may not have round trip tickets.
Sign the kids up for home-schooling and go for it! I know many who have, and none who regret it. The shock of health does everyone good :)
