It is reasonable to conclude, then, that at least 20% of the UK population cannot receive the COVID vaccine due to allergies. This figure could be as high as 40% or even 50% if we consider the other data and statistics presented here:
But it is not reasonable. Not reasonable at all. This is supposition at best on cherry picked information which has been deliberately misunderstood to scaremonger

No statement that I have seen from the UK medical services has contradicted my claim here. They may at some point produce that statement, but I have not seen it and no-one has provided it from the 700+ views this blog has had. You have made a claim, you are welcome to substantiate it.
