BrosTrend: Update

Yesterday, I wrote an article about my frustrations with BrosTrend and how my PCIe WiFi card has been not working as expected. I'd spoken about how they told me that they would not repair or replace the device as they said it was in "non-original" condition which was completely untrue as it was a new device. Well around 30 minutes ago, they finally replied to my email. They're based in China so I can understand the time difference hence why they emailed me so early in the morning. Here was their response:

"We misunderstood that you buy it on ebay in non-original condition, i read your email again just now, it is brand new.
We will be responsible for the warranty of this product for you.
Please send us your ebay order information so that we can process the warranty procedure for you, we will offer a satisfying solution for you.
Thanks!"

I was quite glad to read that. Actions speak louder than words though so I'm expecting them to actually follow through and provide me with a solution to this issue. While replacing the device would be good (and what most companies would do), I'd mentioned to them previously how I'd like it to be replaced with a device that's actually a few dollars cheaper than the one that I bought. It's essentially the same thing, but it's USB3 instead of PCIe which would eliminate any possible interference that my graphics card might have been causing. I'm hoping that that's the solution, but if not, as long as I can get a good WiFi card that's fast and reliable then I'll be happy.

I replied to them and sent them all the information that they requested. They typically take 24 hours to respond, but my fingers are crossed! Since I don't want to keep making articles every time an update comes up with it, I'll simply write one more after everything is said and done.
