化工（1） 什么是冷却水

很早就想写一篇关于工作系列的，最近忽然发现了windows 的一个很好的应用(Dictate),竟然还支持中文这一下就可以大大缩短我的打字时间. 应该是有时间稍微整理一下我工作上的东西。

工业用的冷却水就是把水从河里抽出来，经过一些前处理去掉一些不需要的离子，然后把他送到把它送到生产过程中去用来冷却化学反应或者炉子所产生的热量。听起来是不是一个很简单的过程呢？

但其实它本身有很多复杂的操作方法。今天首先解释一下为什么要用水来冷却，首先水是一个特别特别好的溶剂由于它的极性，它可以溶解掉大部份的盐类还有很多矿物质。另外谁是一个有充分资源可以利用的物质，不管化工厂是靠近河还是靠近别的水源，我们都可以从自然界中找到很多的水资源。最后也是最重要的一点，水有很高的热容量，然后水从液态变成气态的时候会吸收大量的热量，这样一简单的物理过程就可以释放掉冷却水从生产过程中所吸收来的热量。

综上所述，工业用的冷却水很多都是从自然界带来的水资源，吸收掉生产过程中的热量之后，在冷却塔中让水蒸发把吸收到的热量释放掉，然后再循环送入生产过程中去维持生产设备的温度。
