Chrome, which is the world's most widely used web browser developed by Google, has attracted attention with its simple design since its first day, and it can be used for many different purposes with the add-ons developed for Chrome. However, according to the report published by Extension Monitor, most of these plug-ins do not care about users.
Although the Chrome Web Store has 188,620 plug-ins with 1.23 billion installations, a small number of plug-ins are used by most users. Only 13 of these add-ons have more than 10 million downloads.

While 87 percent of the plug-ins developed for Chrome remain under a thousand, 50 percent have not been uploaded to Chrome even 16 times.

10 percent of the plug-ins have not yet been downloaded by any user.

Chrome's most popular plug-ins are: Google Translate, Adobe Acrobat, Tampermonkey, Avast Online Security, Adblock Plus, Adblock, uBlock Origin, Pinterest Save Button, Cisco Webex, Grammarly for Chrome, Skype, Avast SafePrice, and Honey.
