Excursion to the construction of the New Theater I. / Exkurze na stavbu Nového divadla I.

As part of the preparation of the ECOC (European Capital of Culture) 2015 project, the City of Pilsen decided to build a new theater to replace the old Chamber Theater, which was no longer suitable for its technical condition and capable hall.
A project of permitted new theater buildings in Jízdecká Street with a budget of approximately 1 billion CZK was approved.
In October 2013 the building was already in the previous stream. Its operator, spol. Hochtief together with the statutory city of Pilsen organized an excursion for the public.
Together with @ garygeo1 we have the honor to look at the construction and now I have the honor to imagine my photo from this interesting event.

V rámci příprav projektu EHMK 2015 rozhodlo město Plzeň o stavbě nového divadla, které nahradí staré Komorní divadlo, které již nevyhovovalo svým technickým stavem a kapacitou sálu.
Byl schválen projekt zcela nové budovy divadla v Jízdecké ulici s rozpočtem cca 1 mld. Kč.
V říjnu roku 2013 již byla stavba v plném proudu. Její provozovatel, spol. Hochtief společně se statutárním městem Plzeň pořádala exkurzi pro veřejnost.
Společně s @garygeo1 jsme měli tu čest navštívit stavbu a nyní mám tu čest představit vám naše fotografie z této zajímavé akce.

Next time we will enter the bowels of the New Theater. New with a big N, because this name finally won. New scene. Why not, the name is neutral. No one will mind ...

Příště už vstoupíme do útrob Nového divadla. Nového s velkým N, neboť tento název nakonec zvítězil. Nová scéna. Proč ne, název je neutrální. Nikomu vadit nebude...
