How do we handle social pressure?

Those of us who live in these times know that there is a constant social pressure in the way of living of the common citizen, from what is supposed to be fashionable, the excessive consumerism, and that at the same time the society that induces consumerism is the same one that blames humanity itself for the problems of the planet such as global warming and climate change.

The greatest social pressure has not yet reached its peak, since technology has yet to develop further, and as it does, human beings will have to work harder to obtain all that it can offer in a world with greater technological progress, which also implies a greater overload for the planet, since greater technological growth implies greater exploitation of resources that have a greater environmental and social impact.

Unfortunately I see in the future a world where the same people who are causing a disaster are the same people who will sell themselves to the world as saviors of the planet, the current pressure of society is increasing to the point that we will find ourselves at a point of no return regarding the problems of subsistence on our planet.

One of the ways to depressurize the constant pressure of today's society is to live under a full consciousness of understanding that it is possible to live a life in development as long as we make a base by returning to our origins of love against our pachamama.
