Actualmente hay cientos de iniciativas para reemplazar a los trabajadores habituales con máquinas, y eso es un evento totalmente esperado cuando vemos que cada año hay nuevas y mejoras en cada tecnología que nos rodea.

Sin embargo hay un gran problema cuando empezamos a ver máquinas que quieren sustituir a jonaleros dedicados a cortar, seleccionar y cargar frutas y verduras de los campos de cultivo, eso va a traer una gran depresión en los trabajos y causará protestas para personas que solamente tenían como última opción éste trabajo tan duro.

La #tecnología sin personas que la manejen solamente es caos, y buscar iniciativas que mejoren las habilidades de los jornaleros y puedan hacer eficiente y menos pesado estos trabajos tan importantes para todos, debería ser prioridad para todos.

Currently there are hundreds of initiatives to replace regular workers with machines, and that is a totally expected event when we see that every year there are new and improvements in every technology that surrounds us.

However there is a big problem when we start to see machines that want to replace workers dedicated to cut, select and load fruits and vegetables from the fields, that will bring a great depression in the jobs and will cause protests for people who only had as a last option this hard work.

#Technology without people to handle it is just chaos, and looking for initiatives that improve the skills of day laborers and can make these important jobs efficient and less burdensome for everyone, should be a priority for everyone.
