I'm not a former marine biologist and had a lot of troubles to find recent and interesting informations...
Hi. There are many scientific journals of marine biology. Biology review, nature, marine biology, etc.
You can also search when you focus on a specific ecosystem, for example: corals, sponges, abyssal fish, algae, etc.
Everything will depend on what you want to find.
