So THAT'S why it's called a Mellon Butterfly fish. Now I see it. Never knew their name before, thought they were just striped fish. I love how they seem to go from yellow to a shade of indigo-grey. I'm just seeing lots of colours in a lot of things these days. The Universe must be trying to tell me something.

I have a worked on fishes for a long time (my first love is the Betta splendens) and now trying to go full time, and I can tell you that there is plenty of fishes with great paterns, colors and lovely behaviors :)
And C.trifasciatus changes is colour to darker values when the night come !

Oh that's so cool. So they can camouflage and not be as visible to predators. Nature is so ingenious.
