Rainchaser Apocalypse 🌧️

For many years, the people of Gwama experienced unending rainfall. It rained so well that no one was found working on the fields or farmlands.
People were so confined to eat the little that they could harvest from the gardens.
Later on, the rain increased and led to flooding which later swept away some parts of the village straight to the sea.

The king of Gwama go so angry and summoned Hulu, The Rainchaser from Haifa, the neighboring continent.

Hulu's coming was long anticipated by the people. They warmly welcomed him with joy and gladness, and also gave him the best house in the village which was built to withstand any kind of storm.
He was offered a bride to entertain him whenever he likes.
Huge prizes were attached to the completion of his mission "To chase the rain away".

Hulu felt so proud and geared up for the simple and common adventure.
He prayed for strength to conquer the rain lords and Spirits.
He never wanted to make findings on why the rain refused to take its season.

The next morning, work begins.
Hulu went straight to the city center and casted some spells which definitely annoyed the rain lords.
They had a brief conversation which the lords demanded that the villagers appease them for refusing to give a certain percentage of their harvest, but Hulu insisted that they must quit and leave immediately.
The lords refused and Hulu struck them with a powerful spell.

Rain lords got defeated and left in a hurry, wishing the village bad for what they've done.

Hulu's goal was achieved, but the big damage was done.

Rain lords left to another planet, since rainchasers were becoming more powerful than them.

Hulu on the other hand came back to his hometown, only to discover that rain had long gone before he stepped his foot on the land.

He got so weak and cried for help, but that was very far from him.

He went further to inquire about the disappearance of rain, and everyone told him the same heroic stories which he was the hero.

In a space of two years, the entire planet began to ruin in flames.
Volcanic eruption everywhere. Massive draught chased farmers away from their source of livelihoods.
The entire planet began to boil so hot that people melted like ice.

Hulu went back to the hills where he conquered rain lords to beg for mercy.
He fasted and prayed for straight 7 days.
At the verge of giving up, the rain lords reached out to him with a long list of demands.

Hulu's hoped were restored as he was able to meet the demands on time.
The rain lords left in a hurry to come back later to their favorite planet.
At last, the people rejoiced and struck a deal with rain lords to take over the planet for 6 months while dryness stays for the remaining y months.
