Is It Still Worth Joining Web3 Reward Apps in 2026? 🤔
My curiosity...
Recently, I noticed that my phone is slowly filling up with Web3 and reward-based apps.
Some claim to be mining apps, some offer points that may become tokens in the future, while others focus on storage, AI, or decentralized ecosystems.
Looking at them made me wonder:
Are these projects actually worth joining, or are we just collecting apps that may never deliver real value?

Some apps I'm considering
°Pi Network
°Atoshi
°Honeygain
°Sweatcoin
°Sweat Wallet
°DeNet Storage
°VeryChat
°CreatorX
°and several others...
Each project seems to have its own vision, but as a newcomer, it's difficult to know which ones have long-term potential.
My concern
I've seen many Web3 projects become successful, but I've also seen many disappear after generating hype.
That's why I'm hesitant to spend too much time on every new application without understanding its fundamentals.
Questions that come to mind:
Which projects have a real utility?
Which ones are backed by active development?
Which ones are simply farming users?
I'm curious about the community's opinion
If you had to choose only three Web3 apps to start with today, which ones would you recommend and why?
Or do you think it's better to focus on established ecosystems instead of collecting new projects?
I'd love to hear different perspectives from people who have been involved longer than I have.
What do you think?

nahh its not worth
Really? 😄 What makes you think it's not worth it? I'm still curious and trying to figure out which Web3 apps actually have long-term potential.
Because most of the web3 is a scam, they either drag you into p2p scams or f2f scam, or even try to install malware into your phone. You say some apps are mining, do you think mining is so easy it can be done using a phone hardware ?, to protect yourself and your data dont get into things like these, use authentic sources to make money, like staking, trading, etc. maybe airdrops in the most extreme cases
I completely agree with you. The Web3 space is indeed full of risks and scams, and your warning about 'phone mining' is spot on—it’s technically impossible. I'm treating these apps strictly as low-stakes data experiments with zero financial investment. Safety and data privacy definitely come first!
Yeah well good approcah run for experimentations, but make sure you dont get hacked or shit, or dont get some malware in your phone
Thanks for the concern! I completely agree—security is my top priority. I treat these as strictly sandbox experiments, and I’m always extra careful with permissions and links to keep everything secure. I really appreciate you looking out for the community's safety!

No worries dude, if you have any doubt whatsoever - feel free to connect
That’s really kind of you, man! I appreciate the offer. I'm definitely still learning the ropes of Web3, so having someone knowledgeable to connect with is great. I'll surely reach out if I have any specific doubts. Thanks again for the open-minded discussion!"
no worries man
