Fixing the inverter and solving the error of that inverter
Hey guys👋
Another great day, another my daily life story ❤️
Today, I did not go to the work site outside of the company because I have had works to do at my workshop.Today, when I arrived at the office and was going to buy bread, a customer arrived.Of course as employees as myself greeted the customer with "How can I help you sir".
So he said "brother can you fix me this inverter"
(Image below 👇)
The name is "CHF100A-55G75P-4"
The inverter was three phase driving device that was reduced the weight of motor. So basically it is the safety point for motor because you know when we use the generator the voltage it's released is most of the time unstable so we used these kinds of inverter for the safety of motor.
This inverter was used to in a factory of crushing the stone that will transform it's dust to a beautiful brick.
So yeah it was used in a production brick factory. And of course when I opened it oh..la..la.. it has brick dust all over the inverter inside. So I told the customer that it needs to be clean and clear the dust because if you don't clear it, tiny bit of dust gonna cover the circuit cards(that commands the inverter to run) and it will ruin the inverter and also of course the safety 🦺
So I quickly get to work,it can be done quicker. So I opened up the cover of the inverter and then I cleaned the display of the inverter with using the brush that used in among electricians. After finishing it,I prepared for the next stage. The next part is quite interesting,of course I will tell you guys.
As you can see in the image, the inverter was cleaned and can't even find a single brick dust,so I was like what the...
what is this I didn't see any errors of it,so I decided to called the customer for more information about his inverter. As he picked up I said what I saw and what I have done,he said yes brother when the inverter runs, the frequency is unstable,so I realised the error and talk with the customer a little chit chat and we hung up.And I get back to work the inverter,so the issue was nothing wrong with the inverter.
It was the outer display that doing the problem because you know I said in the previous passage when I opened the cover,I saw the dust but when I opened it's inside,I see nothing. So I double checked everything and cleaned and cleared all the dust. And I put on the three phase with some wires and started the input Run.And of course it runs perfectly after I cleaned up all of the dust and then I called the customer and said it's ready to rock again and of course he loves it.Yeah what a another great start to start a day.
That's it for my work today.Hope you guys also have a great day,see you next time.
Peace out ✌️
