Oriamo's Top Notch Earphones Customer Service

My Oraimo FreePods 3C developed issues—serious ones that rendered it completely useless and me without an earphone. This major issue started about a month ago when I noticed that the battery in one ear of my FreePods had gotten weak. It didn't last as long as it usually did.

I could use my FreePods for about 6 hours straight without placing them back into the case, and I don't hear the usual "battery low" (in Burna's voice) that I usually do when the battery is low. This was the beginning of a major issue.

After which, the battery of that one ear, the right ear, started to deteriorate into worse and worse shape. And so did the other ear, the left ear. It started the same way the right ear did. And followed suit as time went by. It got to the point where my FreePods would only last minutes—about thirty-forty minutes—all the way from 6 houuursss.

I was so disappointed and hurt because I have really grown attached to my earphones. It was my space in the midst of noise and chaos. It is especially my best friend in times of exams when I really need to be studying a lot, but every comfortable place I would love to be to study is one where students are either arguing or gisting in low voices.

When I want to study, I prefer to be in a place with total silence or controlled sound. My FreePods were how I could control the sound. Once the environment I am in is noisy, though comfortable, I will plug in my earphones and increase the volume to match the level of the noise so it can block out the noise.

With this, I can focus on what I am studying. This is because music is a beautiful sound and also what I can anticipate. I have a Spotify study playlist. This playlist could also serve as motivation when I am not in the mood to study, but I have to. It helps put me in study mode.

I remember reading from the book Atomic Habits that once you have a space in your apartment for different things, when you get to a particular space, you are most likely to do what you have set up that space for.

In my reality, I don't have the luxury of setting up different spaces for different things, but I have my FreePods, and once I am on them and switch to my study playlist, I am most likely going to have a great study session. This is one of the reasons I grew so attached to it.

Getting to "Oraimo's great customer service". Once the issue reached its climax, I remembered that I had just bought it within the last year. And so I resolved to make a complaint on the basis of my warranty.

I went to the store I bought it from and filed my complaint. I was asked to state the specific issues I faced with the FreePods, and they were its battery problem, it heating up, and the mic issues that I had begun to notice a couple days after purchase.

It was recorded, and I was required to drop off my receipt, the box that came with it, and, of course, the FreePods themselves. After exactly a week, I was notified that my FreePods were ready. I went to the store to pick it up, and I found out it was an entirely new FreePods 3C and not my old one. I was amazed and impressed with Oraimo's customer service, hence my review.

I want to use this avenue to say to Oraimo, thank you for the wonderful products you brought to Nigeria, the great products that are full value packages, and more, for our money.
