Hello dear community of @holo.lotus a pleasure to stop by and write about this Initiative of @emiliorios that with pleasure the friend @fragozar01 has invited me, and very happy to encourage @yaslenysofia and @mvart to participate in this topic as important as Social Networks.
Really social networks today is an issue that everyone has to do from small to older adults, from my point of view have become a habit like eating, going to the bathroom or sleep, it is something that many people can not stop using Instagram, Facebook, Youtube among others especially those that have become a trend as TikTok, they really are a way to expose your life or to know the lives of others, I think everything in excess is bad but is it so necessary to use them?
Responding to the previous question, I think the use of social networks should be for specific events, they should not detail exactly what you do every day so you say that it is only a part of your life is not necessary to publish everything, if not certain things, as well as knowing when to use them, we think that going to a party, or if I bumped into someone or I like anything is a reason to publish and that's it, the idea in my opinion of the networks or the same technology is to set a pattern to what you publish, to leave a memory for yourself or a teaching for others.

I know that constantly posting something about teaching can become tedious because not all the time you have a topic to discuss, but posting things that happen to you and leave teaching, or an event such as the birthday of a special person, the baptism of your child, significant things that can set the tone and not all the time, since the wait makes the information more striking. I think the best way to use them is to know how to control the time, the information that is published and always considering that everything that is uploaded on the Internet remains there, so analyze what you want to post is not too much to think twice, considering that it can be used for or against you.
Added to the fact that in life as well as there are good people, there are also the bad ones, the fact that sometimes what you post can have a negative effect on others is inevitable and they can bombard you with nasty comments, that is when we should minimize taking it to heart, talk in the case of our children that what they say should not affect, they do not always think what they write and that no matter how ugly is the writing what matters is what you think and those who love you. Social networks entertain and keep memories, but they can also do a lot of damage, you have to know how to use them, know how to publish and not let what they say generate a negative effect, life is only one to get hurt by something said by someone else in the simple fact of not knowing you completely.
Thank you very much for reading it. I hope you like it. If you have any comments I'll be glad to answer and if you want to know more about me I leave you my:
