Solar power system upgrade/repair in the storage cave (2024.11.05)
A few upgrades after I do not even know how many months.
Yesterday (on 2024.11.04) we started testing our new 230 Volt Solar power system.
It has new cables, new wires, new battery clips, etc.
The 12 Volt<>230 Volt inverter is the same as before (Islanders Series Islander-IXS 1000).
So far so good.
Looks like currently it has properly working equipment/components.
One of the power extension cords got a new shelf.
The shelf has a nice, antique-like style. Maybe it is really antique. I had a similar designed shelf in the past for a short time in Hungary for my Yaesu FT-450D radioamateur transceiver.
The new cable is on the left side of the entrance of the storage. The old cable(s) is/are currently still on the right side.
Yesterday afternoon evening we tested the new system with phone, tablet and laptop charging.
Today we test it with a refrigerator, which has a freezer too.
The solar power system is still not completed in its current form.
There will be additional upgrades and repairs in the future.
I will write about the experiences and the upgrades in the near future.

This is the first time I am coming across your post. That also through the wave 🌊..
I don't know what to say. As your content is more technical than my usual cup of tea. You seem to know your stuff. I started following you, and will try and reply to your post. Just to let you know that there are humans still available on this platform.
Keep Hiving.

Probably most people can say this.
This is why I published this post in the STEMGeeks community.
Because I thought that this community is filled with such technical people (electricians, engineers, radioamateurs, etc).
But looks like there are not much people left in this community.
It was much more active in the past.
This is why I posted in Waves.
I am very grateful that you showed up as a human.
Thank you.
Good to know that at least one person have read this post.
