Users can now navigate Polygon's ecosystem and Web3 with the launch of copilots, a chatbot powered by AI

What is polygon?
Polygon's purpose is to create a multi-chain blockchain system that is compatible with Ethereum, and the objective of the platform is to make it possible for blockchain networks to connect and scale. If a user produces content and then mints it on the Ethereum network, they can subsequently utilize Polygon to add monetary value to their creation, and Polygon will apply and circulate the data to supplement the original Ethereum blockchain.

In partnership with ChatGPT, Polygon launched Copilot, a chatbot powered by AI

Right now, the tech sector is undergoing a surge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation, and the integration of this cutting-edge technology into their systems and products has become a common trend among companies. Polygon is now part of this transformative wave. To stay relevant and fully unlock the potential of this revolutionary advancement businesses must prioritize embracing AI integration.

A new addition to Polygon's offerings is an AI Assistant which is powered by ChatGPT and users can rely on Polygon Copilot as their assistant for navigating within the ecosystem. Polygon’s documentation and Web 3.0 resources were used to train the chatbot.
In consequence, the copilot has the capacity to provide key analytical data, perspectives, and guidance on various facets of the ecosystem, depending on whether the user is a beginner or an intermediate or an advanced learner, it offers assistance as required.

The chatbot has been developed using OpenAI’s most advanced model called GPT 4 which enables it to give comprehensive responses covering areas like Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Decentralized Applications (DApps), gaming and Decentralized Finance (DeFi). This enables users to find more features on the Polygon platform and maximize their potential for creating value.

Polygon Copilot offers the same capability as ChatGPT, in that it has the ability to store previous responses so that users can refer to them in the future. For this to work, users must connect their MetaMask accounts to Polygon Copilot.

The company's statement highlights that Polygon Copilot always aims for continuous improvement and to ensure complete transparency and accuracy, it openly shares the sources from where it gathers information for its responses. Users are encouraged to cross check these sources if they wish to explore more on this topic. For users who have encountered something completely different with ChatGPT in the past, this statement raises their expectations.

People often criticize ChatGPT for generating false and misleading information. Moreover, the platform often lacks citations for its information sources. However assertive it may sound to mitigate spam and alleviate computational burden, participating in social activities like giving feedback or helping to enhance the product users can now increase their credit balance.

In Conclusion
The implementation of OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology in the Polygon ecosystem results in the creation of Polygon Copilot an AI assistant that aims to elevate the user experience, users can rely on Polygon Copilot for its conversational UI and informative responses when exploring the vast Polygon ecosystem.
