La respuesta debe ser 21.
Porque m+1= - 4
m= - 4 -1 = -5..
Sustituyendo en el otro término - 5+1= - 4 que elevado al cuadrado es 16 - 2(-5+1)-3= 16-2(-4) - 3= 16+8-3= 24 - 3= 21.
