A heartbeat is one of the universal indicators of life and yet some will argue that somehow that living being is not sentient. Show me a single animal where a heartbeat means they are not alive and conscious aka sentient. Only applies to unborn humans? Well, that is speciesism too.

The clump of cells argument is a very poor and scientifically illiterate one.
Everything is a clump of cells. It's the equivalent of calling them a bunch of atoms. We are all clumps of cells. Even you, at every stage of your life. The only difference is time. At every stage you are still a living human being, with your own unique DNA expressing itself. Pro-abortionists ignore the fact that anyone with a brain or heart knows a heartbeat is a universal indicator of life, and to kill someone, especially someone vulnerable like a child, is wrong. Their narcissistic viewpoint on this issue emerges especially when they claim it's only a baby if you choose to keep it. Can you imagine deluding yourself to believe another being's personhood is solely dependent on you as if they don't exist objectively?
