The hack was discovered by Sam Curry while investigating an earlier hack he had experienced. The lesson is that we cannot trust these companies to take our security + privacy seriously and we need to do what we can to take control. I wish DePIN will make things better!

Jeebus dude - I just wrote in my post last night how I don’t trust companies at all because their security is dog shit. This is a perfect example!!
History has proven that the best appraoch to take with these companies and governments is to assume the worst until proven otherwise.
