I had to do some extra work.

sudo dnf remove protonvpn

Other than that, it all worked out smoothly.

sudo dnf remove megasync for me.

Already reinstalled the latest version for Fedora 39 though, everything is working.

Fedora has worked wonders for me and I cannot bring myself use a Windows device these days. I didn't know that things will be this easy when I started out.
