I absolutely love when a project keeps on building through a bear market. There are developers who give up too fast and there are projects that fail to gain traction due to a lack of community interest and/or bad tokenomics. @risingstargame has been through two bear markets already and throughout its existence there have been special events that kept things fresh. If you have been reading my articles, you should know about at least some of them.

Looked into Custom Shop for Christmas

Crafting Cards adds a new dimension to a blockchain game providing the players with an opportunity to produce game assets and earn through the game. @splinterlands is planing to have Items and Spells for 2025 due to complexity of Praetoria. Custom Shop on the other hand provide a simplified experience where players spend to complete short 5 minute Missions that come with a chance to find parts that can be later Blended into Cards.

After completing several Missions following the launch of the feature, I stopped paying attention to Custom Shop. Purchasing Booster Packs has been my primary method of increasing Stats for the game. During the Christmas Seasonal Mission I clicked on the Sleigh that pops up on the game and decided to give Christmas Fair a try. I already had some STARPRO saved up from Music Promoter Missions.

Collected The Four Parts

There are 10 different Parts that can be found through Christmas Fair Mission. I didn't look far into the inner workings. Few dozen Missions should be more than enough to get the necessary parts to Blend a Santa's Sleight into existence. Some parts are rarer than other and the rarity of the Cards Blended impacts the Stats of the final Card. Only the number of parts will be shown on the UI until you have collected at least one of each types:

• Sleigh
• Reindeer
• Runners
• PresentPile

It is possible to collect all the necessary parts within a day. Once Blended you will have more Fans in your account. Fans are necessary to advance in the game. There are large minimum Fan numbers to be met to be eligible for certain Missions. STARBITS Millionaire has a Fan requirement that keep on increasing over time.

I already have too much Ego and need to do more Music Lessons. I am Happy with the Card I managed to Blend. It seemed I had had above average luck with getting myself a Santa's Sleigh. One more box has been ticked for me. There is still time for anyone interested to Blend your own Spacial Card this Christmas Season. Blockchain Gaming Will Become A Primary Narrative

We have already gone through ICO and NFT phase in the cryptosphere. Although AI will eventually become ubiquitous over time, I cannot see what blockchain and other Decentralized Ledger Technologies can do to eclipse what billion dollar or trillion dollar companies are doing. There are companies like Rewind AI are revolutionizing the way people use technology. Creating a platform to share could computing resources and using them to train and use machine learning models is a viable path forward. Although it creates decentralization, improved privacy and accessibility; results may not be as cutting edge as what OpenAI, Microsoft, Google etc. will produce.

It is best to stay in touch with what is going on in the niche if you are an investor. The projects that have made it through bear markets show an increased resilience compared to most of the new blood in the market. HIVE and Koinos are among some of the best places to build on top of.
