Roaring Twenties managed to upgrade the Guild Store to Level 8. This was a major goal for many of us because it was a prerequisite to purchase Power Stones. I did not want to open any Gladius Case without making sure it is going to get all the best conditions I can provide it. Blood Stones improve the drop rate of Legendary Cards and Power Stones improve the drop rate of Gold Foil Cards.

Years of Merits Were Spent Today

It took a great deal of time and effort to get to reach this. I want to thank all my Guild Mates and our leader @mattclarke for being so amazing and helping me achieve all of this. Some features in @splinterlands are only available for those who participate in Guild activities and my Guild makes it a very simple and fun experience. Thank you all 🥳

Although I spent all I could on Gladius Cases, I kept my Power Stone and Blood Stone purchases low. Land expansion is going to require a great deal of DEC (and I'm already lacking).

Opening 2 Gladius Cases

The animation and the artwork is among the best games. 2D designs make it small in size and less demanding in resources. I do like a grand 3D sequence. But a top tier 2D sequence is better than a 3D animation that is only "good".

After this very lucky opening, I proceeded to make anther Gladius Case opening. There are 7 Legendary Gladiator Cards. At the end of the second opening, I had 3 of them in my Collection.

Ready To Test The Monsters in Brawls

There are only 32 Gladiator Cards. At the end of opening 191 Gladius Cases, I should have 955 Cards. It should be possible to collect all of them and get them ready for Silver League Brawl. It may even be possible to Level Up few of them to Gold League.

5 out of the 6 Summoners than can use Gladiator Cards are already at Gold League Levels. I can meaningfully utilize the hard earned Cards of Gladius Cases to earn even more and move further in Ranked Battles.

100K SPS Staked

I would have reached this milestone far earlier if I had not sold SPS for various Presales and Promo Cards. I do consider them to be worthy expenses. I am not sure what would have been the most efficient way to invest my resources. As long as all the assets are going to appreciate, I am happy to relax on optimizing returns and enjoy the game. I am not just some investor; I am also a gamer (who is now mostly focused on blockchain gaming).

Do Not Underestimate Genesis League Sports

The project share many key people and technologies from @splinterlands and comes with a significant partnership with MLS Players Association which has exclusive collective bargaining agreements representative for all current players in MLS. Major League Soccer is the highest-level men’s professional league in USA and Canada. It is not the biggest partnership one could hope for. But it is definitely big enough to make waves.

My GLX "investment" is more of an act of HODL the Airdrop and stake it. My impression was that Airdrop alone would become a significant investment. I don't think it is impossible for GLX to reach a $1 price ($2 Billion marketcap).

5% of the total supply of GLX goes to those who stake $SPS. We as @splinterlands players already have skin in this game. 71% APR is one of the best deals you can find in DeFi for a safe asset with large credibility. As more GLX is staked, the APR with gradually shrink as it did with SPS Staking Rewards. Get in while there is still time before a bull market.
