Worldcoin launches WLS token on major exchanges! | A project of OpenAI's CEO

Perhaps one of the most ambitious projects of recent times, which will surely give much to talk about. Recently we have seen the launch of the WLD token which has been listed on the main cryptocurrency exchanges. A token launched by Worldcoin, a project created by the executive director of OpenAI Sam Altman. This project has the particularity of offering something that could be revolutionary in the world, looking at it from the most positive perspective, a universal basic income.

Un token lanzado por Worldcoin, un proyecto creado por el director ejecutivo de OpenAI Sam Altman. What this project proposes is to register biometric data to humans to differentiate them in some way from artificial intelligence, providing them with a sort of digital identification or World ID. In turn, users who demonstrate that they are real and unique people will receive WLD tokens after having made the verification through an Orb that analyzes such biometric data as the iris scan. In my opinion it seems to be a little excessive, although it is mentioned that the intention is to preserve privacy.

Lo que propone este proyecto es registrar datos biométricos a los humanos para diferenciarlos de alguna forma de la inteligencia artificial, proveyéndoles una suerte de identificación digital o World ID. A su vez, los usuarios que demuestren que son personas reales y únicas recibirán tokens WLD luego de haber hecho la verificación a través de un Orb que analiza dichos datos biométricos como lo es el escaneo del iris. En mi opinión parece ser algo un poco excesivo, aunque se menciona que se pretende preservar la privacidad.
