The 78th Indonesian Independence Day - saw the process of lowering the red and white flag and also several competitions

hello everyone,
today I will share some photos of the excitement of my trip today which may be a little different from the others, where today is the day to commemorate the independence of my country, namely Indonesia where various places throughout Indonesia are held, namely raising the red and white flag which is done in the morning day,

but due to some preoccupation with homework I only got out after the flag-raising process was carried out, and all the students and teachers in the field participated in enlivening the event and took part in several competitions held there such as the women's tug of war which was contested between existing schools the area

Not only a tug of war for women, there is also a tug of war between male students

there are many other competitions that are competed simultaneously, such as sack jumping and several other games

then after the game was over, I returned home for a while to change my clothes and around four in the afternoon I headed straight to a field to see the process of lowering the red and white flag which indeed many local people were enthusiastic about seeing this process apart from the special officers who took part in the ceremony

while waiting for five o'clock in the afternoon all the soldiers were already in the field to take part in the ceremony

we, who were not participants, then took a place in a corner because the process of lowering the flag had already begun

when the flag was lowered, it was also accompanied by music which was directly played directly by the drum band group that was there

Of course what you can't miss is seeing the happiness of the child by witnessing this ceremony which is the first time he's seen it, his smile is so happy and as usual he looks so handsome

not long after the process of lowering the flag was completed and the flag raisers began to return to their positions and handed over the red and white flag to the mayor who was there as a symbol that the flag lowering ceremony was running smoothly

I spent today's trip with a great day, and as for Saturday there is one more day, namely the cultural carnival, I hope I have time to see it because there will be many surprises and beauty that will be displayed there, see you in my next post.
