Monomad - Hairless Green Caterpillar
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.
when passing by one of the lime trees yesterday afternoon on one of the leaves I saw a hairless green caterpillar sleeping soundly on the leaf, which had green skin, had a brown circular stripe and had two black dots on the left and right. right that looks like an eye
I tried pulling the leaves off slowly so I could take a few more free shots and he still looked small and not too scary
This caterpillar larva will later become an orange butterfly Papilio demoleus when I tried to move it to another leaf, it suddenly woke up a little surprised, its size changed to bigger, its skin looked more wrinkled and its original small head came out which looked like a trunk

a very adorable caterpillar, it looks like it is still very small and you immortalize it as a very good work of photography art.
Thank you very much, you are right that he looks very small before he wakes up, but after he wakes up his body becomes twice as big
What a shot, I find this species of caterpillar very rarely, may I know this type of caterpillar can cause itching if touched with it?
you can look for it in lime trees, and it hides in the gaps in the leaves, I think even though it doesn't have hair the caterpillar will still cause itching if it touches it
Is possible this dots on the left and right that looks like an eye could actually be the eyes hmmm, God is wonderful, what a creation it's looks good.
I can't say whether it's eyes or not, because when he wakes up he puts out a small head and looks like there's a mouth and eyes there, you're right, his creation is perfect.
They were some very good black and white photos. And that species is very peculiar, I had never seen it.
thank you, this caterpillar is really very strange, usually many caterpillars have very thick fur
