insect - Mexican bean beetle

Good evening to all my friends, especially to all active members of the ASEAN Hive Community that I am proud of, while on this occasion I will again try to share some photos of a beetle that I found yesterday when I was passing through one of the roads in my area, and on the side of the road there are some wild plants that grow so lush

after passing through that road I saw on a wild leaf it was seen that there were several beetles that were there, maybe these beetles were not that rare. but I've seen some of my friends here also share some of the same photos but of course there are different sides, I have tried to take some photos with several sides so that it can be seen clearly from the beetle

in some of my photos above I found a beetle with a small dot pattern on top and is slightly red in color, of course the smell of this beetle is not pleasant if it gets on our hands, when I was taking some photos of the beetle I saw the same beetle but the color was slightly different from what I first saw, in other forms there was nothing different from the two

what do you all think? do these two have the same type as i said?
