Fungi Friday : Mushroom Hunting for a special day
This is one of my contributions to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw hopefully I can always give my best from the previous day.
This morning I have no other activities, I plan to look for some mushrooms for Friday which are always awaited by mushroom lovers, the purpose of my search today is one of the gardens which I rarely go to because the location is a little far from where I live. but that is not an obstacle to being able to get some mushrooms there.
After arriving, I didn't waste much time and immediately looked for several parts of the wood, which were definitely rotten, as I walked I saw an orange object growing on one of the areca nut tree trunks that had been burned, it looked like fine, powdery dust. but in other parts it looks like mushrooms, I have doubts about this but I am sure this is mushrooms
I tried to approach it and touch it, it was like fine dust, I was amazed by several piles of this mushroom, I took several shots
as I said earlier, this part makes me even more convinced that this is a fungus that only grows on burned areca nut tree trunks, because in other parts I have never seen mushrooms that grow like this.
after taking several shots I looked for other mushrooms, and it turned out that on one log I saw so many mushrooms growing, I tried to take several shots from a distance so that I could see all the piles of mushrooms
from the front the pattern has spots like a taon's nest, but from the front it only has a striped pattern, the skin of this mushroom is hard and of course durable, this mushroom is included in the mushroom species Daedaleopsis confragosa
the weather was so hot this morning I didn't continue my hunt today and was so happy to be there especially getting two types of mushrooms that were so beautiful.
