Pudo ser peor, ¿No? - [EN_ES]

Hello boys and girls of #hive, how are you? I hope better than me, haha.

I believe I am the unluckiest person I have come to know in the last 3 years of my life, and now I'll tell you why all of this.

Last year was what I could consider a bad year. It wasn't the worst of all, but by far, it wasn't the best. Many things happened to me, mostly not good.

It all started when one afternoon I was left without power in my house at the beginning of last year (nothing out of the ordinary here in Venezuela, haha). But when the power came back after a while, and I turned on my PC, it suddenly shut down within minutes. Perplexed, I looked at it, found nothing wrong, turned it on again, but it shut down seconds later.

I remember bringing you a post about it, but getting back to the topic, I found myself obliged to buy a new power supply since they couldn't find the fault.

Unfortunately, that new power supply didn't last long either. About 2 months after buying it, it started to malfunction. Out of nowhere, while I was running tests to figure out what was wrong, it ended up exploding and nearly causing an electrical fire.

After being without it for some time, I managed to buy another one that has been working perfectly until today. But my expenses didn't end there because I also bought a protector for the frequent power outages. The last one I had wasn't working well. Along with that, I also purchased my graphics card from @eliudgnzlz, which I later showed..

But from then on, only minor things happened, though I continued to go through inconvenient moments. I had to change my keyboard and later my mouse twice... (thankfully, the mice were gifts, haha).

Since the last incident I went through back in September, I hadn't had a bad time until almost a week ago...

I want to mention that since last year, I've had the intention of earning the badges for publishing 30 consecutive posts and another one for 365 posts on Hive. However, the first time I attempted to start this challenge, my power supply died on day 28. Now, starting the year and taking on the challenge again, my monitor died out of nowhere.

One morning, like every day, when I sat down at my PC to check some things and especially spend some time managing a Telegram channel of which I am the owner, the screen froze while I was responding to some comments and helping people. Something happened that I wouldn't know how to explain well.

From the center of the screen, it began to consume itself, while everything that the glitch had passed through turned black. My first reflex was to cut the power flow to my PC, but upon turning it back on, I noticed that the issue was with the monitor, not the PC. That relieved me a bit, and with some patience, I managed to use my phone as a monitor and saw that everything was fine using a program that I mentioned to you once.

When I showed the issue to my friends and some acquaintances, they all said that possibly one of the filters died. Since I knew nothing about this, I decided to disassemble the monitor to see what could be the problem. However, all the filters were in perfect condition, and there was no area on the boards that indicated something had burned.

So, I handed it over to an acquaintance who works repairing TVs and monitors. He kindly took a look at it, but when he returned it to me yesterday afternoon, he mentioned that a chip had been damaged, and it's possibly the chip responsible for sending the image to the screen.

(If anyone knows about this, I would appreciate confirmation or correction.)

Well... After all this, I asked for help from many friends, but unfortunately, no one responded to my plea (either they left me on read or didn't even look at the message :v). Those who could help me were not anywhere near where I live.

Although, thank goodness, a neighbor had an old PC that had been out of order for many years and agreed to lend me the monitor. Even though I thought that, with all those years behind it, it probably wouldn't work, he gave me the opportunity to try it, and here we are.

The monitor doesn't look good at all. A large part of it is very white, and the other part is very dark. I have to turn off the room light to be able to see in the dark area, and sometimes I have to strain my eyes. Additionally, occasionally, the LEDs don't work properly, but...

But I can't complain because I know there could be people in worse situations than mine, and this is better than having nothing. So now I have to write more often until I can afford a new monitor, and I also hope to have your support.

I wouldn't wish these kinds of things that I've been through all of last year and at the beginning of this one on anyone. Many other things have happened to me that I haven't mentioned, unfortunately leaving me in a bad financial state. Hola chicos y chicas de #hive, ¿cómo están?, espero que mejor que yo jaja.

Yo creo que soy la persona con peor suerte que he llegado a conocer en los últimos 3 años de mi vida y ahora les cuento él, ¿por qué?, de todo esto.

El año pasado fue lo que podría considerar un mal año, no fue el peor de todos, pero de lejos, no fue el mejor, me pasaron muchas cosas, en su mayoría nada buenas.

Todo empezó cuando una tarde me quedé sin luz en mi casa a inicios del año pasado (nada fuera de lo normal, aquí en Venezuela jaja), pero cuando la luz llegó al rato y enciendo mi PC, de la nada a los minutos se apaga y yo extrañado la miro y al no encontrar nada la vuelvo a encender, pero a los segundos se apaga.

Y recuerdo que les traje un post sobre ello, pero volviendo al tema, me vi en la obligación de comprarme una nueva fuente, ya que no le encontraban la falla.

Por desgracia esa nueva fuente tampoco duró mucho…, a los 2 meses de haberla comprado me empezó a presentar fallas y de la nada, mientras hacía pruebas para ver que era, terminó explotando y por poco creaba un incendio eléctrico.

Luego de estar otro tiempo fuera, logré comprarme otra que hasta el día de hoy me ha funcionado perfectamente, pero hasta allí no acabaron mis gastos, porque también compré un protector para los tantos cortes de luz, ya que el último que tenía no estaba funcionando bien y junto a ello también se vino la compra de mi tarjeta de video que le había comprado a @eliudgnzlz y que mas tarde se las terminé mostrando.

Pero a partir de allí solo pasaron cosas menores, pero seguía pasando por momentos inoportunos, porque también tuve que cambiar de teclado y más tarde de mouse 2 veces… (menos mal que los mouses me los regalaron jaja)

A partir de ese último suceso que pasé por allá en septiembre, no volví a pasar un mal rato hasta hace casi una semana…

Les comento que desde el año pasado tengo las intenciones de conseguir las insignias de publicar 30 post seguidos y otro de los 365 post en hive, pero la primera vez que lo intenté empezar se murió mi fuente al día 28 y ahora empezando con el año haciendo dicho reto mi monitor murió de la nada.

Una mañana, cuando me levanto como todos los días, me siento en mi PC para comprobar algunas cosas y sobre todo me siento un rato a administrar un canal de Telegram el cual soy dueño y mientras respondía algunos comentarios y ayudaba a algunas personas de nada la pantalla se congeló y pasó algo que no sabría como explicarlo bien.

Desde el centro de la pantalla se empezó a consumir a sí misma, mientras que todo por donde había pasado esa falla se quedaba en negro y mi primer reflejo fue cortar el flujo eléctrico de mi PC, pero al encenderla noté que la falla era del monitor y no del PC y eso me relajó un poco, ya que con algo de paciencia logré poner mi teléfono como Monitor y vi que todo estaba bien utilizando un programa que una vez les comenté.

Cuando le mostré la falla a mis amigos y algunos conocidos, todos me decían que posiblemente unos de los filtros murió y yo, como no sabía nada de esto, decidí desarmar el monitor a ver que podría ser. Pero todos los filtros estaban perfectos y en las placas no había ninguna zona que indicara que algo se había quemado.

Así que se la entregue a un conocido que trabaja arreglando TV y monitores, y me hizo el favor de mirarlo, pero cuando me lo regresó ayer por la tarde me comentó que se le había dañado un chip y que posiblemente es el chip que se encarga de mandar imagen a la pantalla.

(si alguien sabe de esto me gustaría que me lo confirme o corrija)

Y bueno… Luego de todo esto, pedí ayuda a muchos amigos, pero por desgracia nadie respondió a mi ayuda (o me dejaban en visto o directamente ni miraban el mensaje :v) y los que sí me podían ayudar no viven nada cerca de donde vivo.

Aunque gracias a Diosito un vecino tenía una PC que tiene bastantes años dañada y aceptó prestarme el monitor, aunque creía que con todos esos años detrás posiblemente ni funcionaria, pero me dio la oportunidad de probarlo y aquí estamos.

El monitor no se ve nada bien, una gran parte de él está como muy blanco y la otra parte está muy oscura, tengo que tener la luz de la habitación apagada para poder ver en el área oscura y en algunos momentos tengo que forzar la vista, como también de vez en cuando fallan los leds no funcionan bien, pero.

Pero no me puedo quejar, ya que sé que podría haber personas en peores situaciones en las que estoy yo y esto es mejor que no tener nada, así que ahora me toca ponerme a escribir más seguido hasta poder comprarme un nuevo monitor, como también espero contar con su apoyo.

Este tipo de cosas por las cuales he pasado en todo el año pasado y a principio de este no se las deseo a nadie, también me han pasado muchas otras cosas de las cuales no he comentado que por desgracia me han dejado muy mal (monetariamente hablando), pero espero que ninguno de ustedes vaya a pasar por todo esto y les deseo lo mejor a todos, así que les mando un abrazo y hasta la ¡Próxima!
