This post has reached me personally, all my life I have suffered severe pain, some cycles are softer than others, but when I get the strong ones...... 800 mg of ibuprofen and I come back to life, even so I always have a little pain, but it calms me at least 90% hahaha. In my case I don't have any pathology, everything is normal, I guess it's bad luck. As for what you mention about food, it is super important to give up dairy definitely and avoid consuming excess carbohydrates, sugar and very salty foods, at least, a week before the period comes, in my experience it has helped me and, of course, drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters daily. Consuming ginger and chamomile tea also helps. And if you feel a lot of pain and have pathologies, do not stop taking medication! Maybe these tips can help someone else. Greetings, @sperosamuel15 🤗.
