My Phone, My Best Buddy.
I can't think of a life without phones, phones are really useful, phones have made communication easy, created online job opportunities, have given us an opportunity to see what going on in different parts of the world effortlessly, have made learning and understanding easy, through our phones we have the most fun, save memories of our lives and many other useful purposes.
Our phones are so resourceful and that's why it's like our closest friend and we derive joy in carrying it everywhere we go .

My phone is like my best friend, can't go out without carrying it along, when the battery is low, I'm emotionally down, when it falls, I feel a pierce in my heart.
I think I'm addicted to this device.
When I saw this question:
Have you ever encountered someone who can't stay a minute without their phones?
The answer is I'm the one, I'm that person, even if I have seen many other persons, I have to call myself out first, but I can't help it, my entire family is tired of me at this point, but I have met someone who's worse than I'm, if there are stages to addictions, then she's at the top stage, she carries her phone every where she goes, back in school we fetch water from a distance most times and it's normal to just drop your phone until you are done fetching, but she will carry it, press it and respond to calls.
While doing her laundry it's by her side and even during lectures she still finds a way to chat or scroll through her phone .
She was so addicted to her phone , even in a busy road she is on her phone.
The only remedy I have tried to control how I use my phone is leaving my phone at home most times, especially when I feel I don't need it, it's a deliberate punishment to appreciate and associate with people better, without being distracted by my phone and it have really worked for me , now I don't need to leave it at home, the phone could be in my bag and I make sure I don't press it during conversations with friends or in meetings.
It's all about developing self control, especially when necessary, to control addiction .
Being addicted to your phone isn't an issue, it's what you are using the phone to do that matters the most, it's the activities you carry out with the phone that's more important.
If you earn through your phone and that's the reason for your addiction, that's better, but when it's just for chats, games , and some negative things the use of the phone should be controlled by all means.
Thanks for reading ♥️

Life without phone will be so boring
I was addicted at one point until my phone got stolen then I realized I can actually do without it. But you're right, using a phone that frequent isn't the issue, but what we use it for.
Woah, your friend's addiction is second to none. I like what you say, the activity that is achieved through the phone is what matters. And most importantly, the self-control. That is the only thing that matters.
Hahaha 😂😂 I just had to laugh while reading because of how myself I always find a way to chart with people or respond to people during lectures and I remember doing it in such a way that the lecturer will not know.
Thanks
