Incipient Revolutionary Decentralization

Since the advent of agriculture millennia ago, lost in the mists of time and the evidence worn away by serial glaciations and flooding of unknown civilizations, overlords have advanced their interests, increased their profits, and hoarded the blessings of civilization by pathological predation and parasitism, pinching the pennies from the pockets of the public that produced the goods and services creating the cutting edge of paradise humanity always seeks to enjoy. As long as productivity increased through economies of scale, overlords increased their share of the wealth and power all humanity created.

Today everything has changed. While the productivity of labor has increased through economies of scale inexorably, albeit slowly, since that primordial paradigm shift birthed centralization, it doesn't anymore. Because technology has advanced to the point that production of modern goods and services is now table top technology, available to individual households for the insignificant price of a nice lunch out with their family, that scary panoply of murderous drones and deranging policies in the video is far more cheaply produced by individuals than institutions.

Overlords are obsolete. The cost of the necessary overhead to maintain their parasitic profits vastly reduces the benefits of toiling on their behalf to people, who are far more benefited by themselves owning the means of production and making their consumables, household goods, and everything that delivers to them the blessings of civilization. Centralization, necessary to obligate parasites that cannot themselves produce their wealth and power, cannot compete with decentralization and individuals producing wealth they retain themselves, that distributes power across populations, rendering institutional hierarchies increasingly irrelevant ever more going forward.

Technological advance hasn't ended. History isn't over. In reality it has only just begun, escaping the iron grip of overlords and blossoming wherever early adopters tinker and tamper, tweaking their traditions and table top technology together, at home, in their garages, on their kitchen tables, taking to themselves the power and profits productivity creates. The terror being subjected to pathological tyranny incites dissipates when the 3D printers, CRISPR, of modRNA and hydrogel manipulation of hordes of minions and drones become the private production of populations rather than the exclusive purview of tyrants. Only them that fail to seize the brass ring need to fear them that do, and overlords have no advantage when they face peers rather than abuse thralls. Society is only parasitized by institutions if it allows them to do so. We can just do stuff ourselves.

From the Stone Age, when every short and brutish life depended on their personally producing by hand their necessities, to the Space Age, when our personal means of production can be automated to set us free to enjoy the fruits of our private profits, centralization was necessary to advance technology through the brute force collective industrial manufacture of the blessings of civilization, but that transition from Stone Age to Space Age is complete. All that remains is the dispersal of the infrastructure, the factories and financial facility, to the population of producers, which takes time.

Overlords will not relinquish their privileges willingly, and their increasingly desperate depredations in the Ukraine, Palestine, Guiana, and around the world take a toll in life and suffering, but first from them least secure, least availed of means to provide their necessities themselves, and dependent on centralized institutions for their every need. Overlords don't lead their armies. Klaus Schwab doesn't ride at the head of the invaders eradicating the West. Bill Gates isn't dual wielding RPG and AR-10 to forcibly compel mothers to submit their children to his jabs. They only can wield power by flowing fiat to their fiends that effect their schemes. They are utterly dependent on parasitism for their wealth, and minions to project force.

Freedom is the future. Not only here on Earth, but across the ineffable reaches of infinity. We are, after all, today the nascent generation of the Space Age, the first witnesses of that fumbling feverish initiation of space travel and development, like teenagers in the back seat of a borrowed car discovering the glorious flowering of their bodies, that but presages their love and creation of the posterity that will come after them. Relativity Space launched Terran 1 in March of 2023, the first 3D printed spacecraft to reach orbit, and that adoption of decentralization has reduced the cost of manufacturing rockets by incalculable magnitude, that Spacex has already reduced ~10x by introducing reusable rockets.

Don't whinge about the lack of flying cars for sale by Ford when you can print your own in your garage. It is no longer necessary to either produce transportation either by hand with a welder, or in a factory with hordes manning an assembly line. Download some files to make a DIY drone and scale up the parts you can print in your garage with a Bambu Labs A1 bedslinger, add a cabin and bridge, and print your own flying car for the cost of materials. Adopting decentralized means of production delivers the full benefit of the product, and leapfrogs the aeons of intermediary stages between cartwheels whittled with flint from wooden planks to the ducted fan quadcopters of today.

We're not chattel. We aren't without agency, mere tools and serfs, property of masters that can make us do what they want and discard us at their whim - unless we choose to be. Every day we see headlines that are the bars of our battery cages, or write a post that sets us free to range the flowering fields of felicity. We can eat the bugs in 15 minute prisons surveilled by AI, or grow our provender in a sunny window, our backyard, or even under LEDs in a crawl space under our home using aquaponics. It is a fact of nature that evolution prefers the survival of the adapters of novel mechanisms that best deliver economic benefits, whether nutrients or habitat, and pares away the inflexible, them locked into the means and mores that used to be best, dependent on mechanisms that have been replaced as progress happens.

Asteroid Psyche is estimated to be worth $1 Quadrillion. It's just sitting there, waiting to be developed by whoever gets there first. Seize the day, and the means of production, without delay. Make your future your way, or take whatever you're given by them that will profit from it. The sky isn't the limit anymore. It's just the beginning.
