Balancing emotions.

Emotions are the integral part of humans my emotions, lives where me and exits with me and ny experience of life. It has for years, if not for life would be the angle that forms my decision and my perceived influence on how I interact with the nature and human beings around me.

I will not discuss emotion, in this article as just the feelings, but gow how repen one should be to feelings and the messages that these feelings should convey to our personal and collective existence as humans and health.

Because 70% of our actions and understanding is based on our emotions and the body responses would help create a balance in our health, feelings , psychological immunity and the thoughts that regulate the external and internal body languages.

I have taken time to study my emotions, so basically things emotional topics are very delicate discussions, because it deal with our joy and fear. Many people considered fear as danger, and when they feel happy or have joy and a greater satisfaction.

But to quite some extend when people are happy it tells the person has joy and solely consider a very exciting moment or emotional, medically, today's topic doesn't look at that, because emotions of happiness, and over excitement is also a part of human life.

People get over exited, which is also an emotional, but I understand that the human body doesn't require over excitement? God made the human body and system in a way that everything feeling one absorbe into it has time and limits of operations .

Not too over sizelous many im my secondary school days I have a friend by name peter, Mfon Oku. Who suffered from mania, a medical condition that if one is over emotional with joy leads to medical health issues, if he is over saddened, is leads to medical attention.

Emotional management can be too dangerous, when it is not carefully controlled. Excessive of everything is not good. I balance my emotions
whether negative or positive emotions afterall, they are their to my life experiences
