Al principio, cuando era bastante joven, pensaba que el espíritu empresarial consistía en fabricar productos y prestar servicios a cambio de dinero. Pero a medida que fui creciendo, descubrí que el espíritu empresarial no consiste sólo en crear productos y prestar servicios para generar beneficios, sino en forjar el futuro teniendo visión de futuro y asumiendo responsabilidades. Como todos sabemos, la mejor manera de controlar el futuro es crearlo ahora.

Como empresario, para poder satisfacer las necesidades acuciantes de la gente, es necesario ser previsor. Si se es previsor, se puede predecir lo que probablemente ocurrirá en un futuro próximo y preparar la mente para afrontar los retos que se avecinan. Tener previsión implica acceder a su entorno, es decir, realizar investigaciones y examinar lo que es probable que ocurra, comprender las necesidades de sus clientes y desarrollar soluciones para lo que es probable que ocurra.

POR QUÉ LA PREVISIÓN ES IMPORTANTE PARA LOS EMPRESARIOS

1.La prospectiva permite a los empresarios ver el futuro en el presente.
2 Permite a los empresarios evaluar las posibles necesidades de las personas.
3 Impulsa a buscar y ofrecer soluciones a las crecientes necesidades de las personas.
4 Ayuda a los empresarios a adelantarse a la competencia.
5 Ayuda a los empresarios a identificar oportunidades futuras y riesgos potenciales y a trabajar para conseguirlo estableciendo estrategias.

EJEMPLOS DE EMPRENDEDORES CON VISIÓN DE FUTURO

1.Elon Musk: Es un muy buen ejemplo de gran ent
Elon Musk es un buen ejemplo de emprendedor visionario que ha sido capaz de identificar y predecir los retos a los que se enfrentará la gente en el futuro. Vio la necesidad de producir energía y vehículos eléctricos, como Tesla. También vio la necesidad de reducir el coste de la exploración espacial, lo que le inspiró a producir SpaceX para la exploración espacial.

2.Mark Zuckerberg: previó la necesidad de conectar a las personas y compartir información socialmente, lo que le llevó a lanzar Facebook (Meta). Fue previsor y vio la necesidad de fomentar la interacción social y la comunicación en línea a escala mundial. Sólo un emprendedor con visión de futuro puede hacer esto.

3.Steve Jobs: también es otro empresario visionario, desarrolló Apple porque previó la necesidad de la gente y sus demandas de aparatos tecnológicos, esto le ayudó a diseñar y crear productos tecnológicos fáciles de usar como el ipad, el iphone y el ipod, etc. para satisfacer las necesidades de la gente.

4.Jeff Bezos: vio la necesidad de llevar el marketing a todo el mundo y fundó Amazon, que ha supuesto un aumento del comercio electrónico en todo el mundo.
Estos son solo algunos ejemplos de emprendedores que tuvieron la visión de desarrollar cosas para responder a los retos de la gente de vez en cuando.

Todo emprendedor que desee avanzar en el mundo empresarial debería aprender de estas grandes personas, teniendo visión de futuro para crear y satisfacer las crecientes necesidades de la gente en todo el mundo. Espero que este post nos ayude a reajustar nuestra mentalidad para pensar en el futuro.

Greetings great entrepreneurs, I did not know that a community like was in existence not until I went through all the communities today and I found out that there is a wonderful platform for entrepreneurs here on hive and I am so delighted to publish my first post about entrepreneurship here.

Initially when I was quite younger, I used to think that entrepreneurship is all about producing products and rendering services in exchange for money. But as I grew older, I discovered that entrepreneurship is not only about creating products and providing services to generate profits, it is about shaping the future by having foresight and taking responsibilities. As we all know, the best way to have control of the future is to create the future now.

As an entrepreneur, for you to be able to meet the pressing needs of the people you need to have foresight, if you have foresight you could predict what is likely to happen in the nearest future and prepare your mind to meet the challenges ahead. Having foresight involves accessing your environment, that is conduct research and examine what is likely to happen, understanding your customers’ needs and developing solutions to what is likely to happen.

WHY FORESIGHT IS IMPORTANT FOR ENTREPRENEURS
1.Foresight allows entrepreneurs to see the future in the present.
2.It enables entrepreneurs to evaluate the possibly challenging needs of the people.
3.It gives the drive to seek for and proffer solutions to the rising needs of people.
4.It helps entrepreneurs to stay ahead of competition
5.It helps entrepreneurs to identify future opportunities and potential risks and also work towards it by setting up strategies

EXAMPLES OF ENTREPRENEURS WITH FORESIGHT
1.Elon Musk: He is a very good example of a great visionary entrepreneur who has foresight and was able to identify and predict the challenges of people in time to come. He saw the need to produce energy and electric vehicle which is Tesla he also saw the need to reduce the cost of space exploration which inspired him toproduced SpaceX for space exploration, he would not be able to produce these without foresight.

2.Mark Zuckerberg: he foresaw the need of connecting people and sharing information socially which led him to lauch the facebook (Meta). He had foresight and saw the need to foster social interaction and online communication on a global scale. It is only an entrepreneur with foresight that can do these.

3.Steve Jobs: this is also another visionary entrepreneur, he developed Apple because he foresaw the need of the people and their demands for technological gadgets, this helped him to design and create user friendly technological products like the ipad, iphone and ipod etc to meet the needs of people.

4.Jeff Bezos: he saw the need of taking marketing globally and founded Amazon which has brought a rise in E-commerce globally.
These are just few examples of entrepreneurs that had foresight to develop things to meet the challenges of people from time to time.

Every entrepreneur who wishes to advance in entrepreneurship should learn from these great people by having foresight to create and meet the rising needs of the people globally. I hope this post help reset our mind-set to think ahead and see the future now.
