I see how big companies are now making commercials using AI. I also don't like the way artificial people advertise their products to me during breaks in YouTube videos. I didn't really like the actors either. But here I feel doubly deceived :)

I heavily limit my exposure to most advertising. Even if I happen to use YouTube, I turn away from the screen or flip the phone when adverts are on. It seems silly perhaps, but it keeps me aware that it is happening.
