Added: Thread support to user profiles

Improved: Privacy policy and terms updated for chat features
Improved: Thread posts previews now render images, usernames and hashtags
Improved: Reblog notifier spacing for compact post previews

Fixed: Incorrect vote icon colour in grid view
Fixed: incorrect payout mode detection for thread posts
Fixed: Duplicate submission button on threads reply modal
Fixed: Incorrect handling of html text in compact post previews
Fixed: Notifications no longer include muted accounts
Fixed: Usernames can include period marks
Fixed: Prompt to open Hive Keychain on mobile if it isn't open when using HiveAuth
