Unboxing and Review of Amara AA-1880 Series aquarium pump
Hello friends in Geek Zone Community, Today I will unbox and review a product in the form of a water pump which is usually used for water circulation in aquariums, I use the Amara AA-1880 Series brand. This Amara product is made in China. I really like keeping fish in an aquarium, I like seeing colorful and beautiful fish swimming. I keep several koi that are still measuring between 14-18 cm.
I will start unboxing this aquarium water pump. I'll start with the packing box.
Packing box
The box is made of thick cardboard with full printing. In the top box there is the product pictures, name and specifications.
On the front and back of the box there are also pictures, product name and specifications.
In the box on the left side, there are instructions for the use and performance of this aquarium pump machine. On this side there are also instructions about the electrical power and potential difference needed to operate this tool. The instructions are short and clear, and easy to understand. Instructions use Indonesian.
In the box on the right side, there are instructions on how to maintain the tool and also things to do before and after using the tool.
Inner box
The inner box only consists of plain cardboard without printing.
When I opened the box there was several pieces of equipment, such as an aquarium pump machine complete with electric cable, a 1 meter long blue plastic hose, a small white hose 30 cm long and a cover is also available for the aquarium pump filter.
I will open the completeness of this water machine, in a water machine there is usually a dynamo which functions to move the propeller in this pump machine, the dynamo converts electrical energy into mechanical energy in the propeller, then the water in the aquarium will be sucked in and flowed through a hose blue, the water moves towards the filtering area at the top of the aquarium.
Preparation before use
Before using it in the aquarium, I will prepare this aquarium water pump, because the copper metal contained in the magnet on the dynamo can be toxic to fish. I will start this water machine and dump the poison on the dynamo. I used a water barrel to try this tool out
After I connected it to an electric current, this tool functioned well. I'm going to leave the tool on for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, I disconnected the electric current and I started installing the supporting equipment for this water pump machine.First, I will install a blue hose which functions as a water channel from the machine to the filter above the aquarium.
Next I will install a small white hose which functions to create bubbles in the aquarium water.
This water pump machine is also equipped with 3 pieces of rubber which function to place the machine into the aquarium glass.
I will show you how dirty my aquarium water was before using this pump machine. In the aquarium there is a lot of dirt that comes from leftover food.
Now I will install this water pump in the aquarium.
After 1 hour there was a lot of dirt on the filter. I use special aquarium cotton to filter the dirty water.
My aquarium is starting to look clear.
This water pump machine works very well, I bought it for 75 K rupiah. In my opinion the price is relatively cheap and the quality is good.
Thank you for reading my post.
