Hello, friends of fungilovers, how are you and greetings to all of us, on this occasion I would like to share some pictures of mushrooms along with their explanations, but before that I would like to introduce myself first because I am a newcomer here, my name is Tuyuddin I have my hobby is about photography, especially mushrooms, I come from Indonesia and hopefully we can get to know each other here even though the distance is a barrier. Alright now we proceed to the first discussion.

1. PLUTEUS

Pluteus is a group of large meat mushrooms that are combined into a large mushroom type, in other words, mushrooms that belong to the solid meat mushroom category. Of course by looking at the picture it also looks like solid flesh from the trunk to the head. This mushroom grows on weathered or old logs. This mushroom grows to a height of about 2 inches with a petal width of about 2.5 inches. In fact, they can grow even bigger, but on this side, I only found one that was quite small. , maybe in the next few days this mushroom can grow to a larger size if not eaten by goats and insects. This mushroom is not good for human consumption because it grows in polluted places even though it is in the forest.

The original color of this mushroom is that on the stem there is a white color then above the head there is a blackish brown color while the pores are white to yellowish. I found this mushroom in a rather deep forest area, it's possible they need adjustment to a place that has a high humidity level.

2. Marasmius Siccus

This mushroom is a type of mushroom that is the opposite of the PLUTEUS mushroom. This mushroom has a very small shape but is a different species, if we walk without being careful then we will certainly step on it. This mushroom has a very small stem with a height of up to 1 inch. They grow on weathered leaves they also grow in places that have very high humidity. This mushroom has a large number of different species, other species that I have seen are pink, red, dark yellow, brown to white, but on the stem they are still brownish even though they are different species, the color I mentioned above is located on the the petals. My mushroom has the color of orange petals while the stem has a brownish color. Here are some pictures of these mushrooms.

This mushroom can be aged up to 1 week if not eaten by insects or hot weather. This mushroom has a lot of water absorption for its growth even though it looks very small.

3. Panaeolus Cyanescens

In my area, the mushroom has a unique name, namely the cow dung mushroom, the name comes from its growth, which often grows in cow dung or even in other animal dung. They only grow in places that have natural fertilizers as we know cow dung is the best fertilizer for all types of plants. Here are some pictures of the mushroom picture.

These mushrooms grow very tall and have very springy stems that if hit by a gust of wind they will topple over. The original color of the mushroom is that on the head there is a white color while on the stem there is a black and white and slightly brownish color.

Based on the explanation above, I only explained based on my knowledge skills besides that I really like all kinds of mushrooms. All right, all my friends, this is all I can share at this opportunity, I hope this is useful and see you soon.
