FUNGI FRIDAY ★ VARIOUS MUSHROOM SHAPES AND COLORS

avatar

This is my post contribution for #FungiFriday curated by @ewkaw

Good night and best wishes to all of us, see you again on this happy Friday. I will share some mushroom objects that I found a few days ago. I found this mushroom object in the area closest to me, this mushroom has a very small size but by using a camera tool, namely with a macro lens, the mushroom looks very large. So let's look at some discussions about these mushrooms.

1. Psathyrella

I found this mushroom in a fairly deep forest area, this mushroom has a larger size in this post, this mushroom has a height of about 1 inch with a head that reaches about half an inch in width. This mushroom has a brownish petal color and on the petals there are white spots like spots and maybe that's part of the decoration. On the stem of this mushroom has a hollow stem while its size is also thicker.

2. Atheniella Adonis

In my area this mushroom is called the red hat jamir, the name comes from the red head. The shape of this mushroom is so small that it is very difficult to describe its size. This mushroom has two different colors of orange color which is located on the head while the stem is white and half is orange. This mushroom grows on fallen leaves, before I took it I cleaned it first because they grew a lot in one fallen leaf but the other one had withered so I decided to take pictures of the two mushrooms and here are the pictures.

3. Mycenae chlorophos

I found this mushroom in a rather deep forest in my area, basically this mushroom has the property of glowing at night and only at certain times. This mushroom has a very white color so that if there is dirt attached to it it is very clear. This mushroom grows on dead branches and this mushroom can also grow on fallen leaves. They usually grow very much on one branch, but in my picture they only grow a few.

4. Krepidotus

This mushroom grows on tree branches that have fallen and is moist, this mushroom has a very white and clean color. Unlike the previous mushroom, this mushroom does not have a stem, it only grows with an almost round head shape. If it is old, this mushroom has a very drastic color change, which is orange and very beautiful.

Based on the picture above, I took it using a smartphone and assisted with macro lens accessories. In the editing section, I only edit using the Lightroom application with natural presets so that the mushroom image is not much different from the original image. All right, friends, that's all I can share tonight, that's all and thank you.
