The journey for organic farm idea begin from Chiang Mai

Like other place in other area , Chiang Mai is also busy in early in the morning . But the unique thing about Chiang Mai is they produced more organic food than other place that know . My friend told me that the king of Thailand specifically appoint Chiang Mai as organic farm research centre for Thailand . This makes Chiang Mai produces and supplying more organic supply than other country and it was cheap.

Staying there for quite a while makes me can compare the taste between organic and non-organic fruit or vegetables. I have the opportunity to walk walk around their farm and learning their way to do the organic farm. Then , the journey for self-education about organic farming continue in Indonesia . There are not many organic farming in Indonesia because the capital is quite high when come to organic farming. The most popular farming technique there is aquaponic farming system , which the initial capital is also high. But from what i learned in Thailand , starting organic farming is not necessary expensive . This give me an idea to bring the idea of organic farm in my place . Recently, I have started raising egg ducks with my brother @redkeng3. We are still saving some capital to start our pilot project for organic farming in the future. I believe nowadays the people in our place already have awareness to eat healthy life even it cost a little bit expensive than regular vegetables.

The series of photo above is the morning market in Chiang Mai. It was 3 am in the morning during this picture was taken and its already busy . I believe they already there as early as 1 am to sell their vegetables and fruit from their farm. The buyer is always the restaurant owner , market reseller and local people like my friend. Just look how fresh and delicious their product . It's not just the fruit and vegetable but the seller also provide meat with good quality product. This encourage us , me and @redkeng3 to do our best for our future farming project.
