Yes, it is true that cryptocurrency has many downsides that if not fixed, might hinder adoption.
On the other hand, there is a huge chance that crypto will penetrate the mainstream financial system, although it might not be in the next 5 or 10 years but certainly. We live in an advancing world so, evolution, technology and change is inevitable.
