Coffee, Black Tea, and Energy drinks are my thing, although I take them in minimal amounts. You cannot take the girl from the coffee or the coffee from the girl but one thing is certain, and that's moderation.

Truthfully, a lot of us love coffee, if I do not stop to take coffee at coffee shops, trust that I will get that NESCAFE so I can drink. It has a lot of good sides and its intoxication is rare as its possibility is low but it is important to be moderate with things we take as you have mentioned.
