Have you seen any of those psychiatric interviews from the 50s and 60s that used to be filmed? There's a lot of material of this kind on YouTube and I think it's quite interesting, mainly because for those who are interested in the subject today there isn't much up-to-date material of this kind (probably for ethical and legal reasons), so we don't have a large video library of current psychiatric interviews that show all the nuances of pathologies and disorders. There is something dark and almost frightening about this footage, perhaps even because it is so old and has such a vintage feel, and it is quite common to notice that the culture of the time is impregnated in the patients' accounts, which causes a certain disparity with our current hyper-active and hyper-informed times. But it's still content of unparalleled richness.

Vocês já assistiram algumas dessas entrevistas psiquiátricas dos anos 50 e 60 que costumavam filmar? Existe um vasto material desse tipo no youtube e considero bastante interessante, principalmente por que para quem se interessa no assunto atualmente não existe muito material atualizado desse tipo (provavelmente por questões éticas e legais), então não temos uma grande videoteca de entrevistas atuais psiquiatricas que demonstrem todas as nuances das patologias e transtornos. Existe algo de obscuro e quase assustador nessas filmagens, talvez até mesmo por elas serem tão antigas e terem esse ar vintage, e é bem comum perceber que a cultura da época está impregnada nos relatos dos pacientes, o que causa certa disparidade para com nosso momento atual tão hiper-ativo e hiper-informado. Mas ainda assim é um conteúdo de uma riqueza ímpar.
