Today is a good day in the Logical Labs here on my homestead farm, that I am calling Moss Rock Farms. Two of the 3D printers got an upgrade and so did the look of the workshop!

This workshop was used for the last 20 years by my parents who are artists, and really messy ones at that, lol. There is paint, resin, and really all kind of unkown stuff and stains all over these tables, and I really have been embarrassed a bit to show you guys. What a difference some simple table covers can make! Now I feel more comfortable about working in the environment, haha, at least for taking pictures and shooting video.

The 3D printers got upgraded with some new build plates! These are much nicer than the stock teflon looking things that I have been dealing with. The old ones are really hard to clean and they are both warped from the heat, and I have only had them a couple of weeks. If you get into some stock 3D printers, I HIGHLY recommend getting some better build plates. These are made of steel and have a textured finish, which actually makes it much easier to work with. One of the printers I have was purchased from a friend and already had one of these plates and I have been wanting to upgrade the other two as soon as possible. Well, thanks to another Hive powerdown, I was able to make the upgrades!

The prints release from them so much easier and they are so much better to clean. Plus, the first layer of the prints have a better surface to try and stick to. Oh, and the best part... NO MORE STUPID CLIPS! These are magnetic plates so it's super simple to pull the bed up, take off the print, then reset the bed! No more clips that get in the way or pop off which can ruin your print or get caught in the mechanics of the printer.

This whole 3D printing venture has been funded from Hive rewards. I send them all out to either BNB or MATIC and then swap to USDC and send that to either my Robinhood card, or buy an Amazon or eBay giftcard and get what I need! Being that post rewards have not been anything to write home about recently, I have been having to rely on Hive powerdowns to fund it, mainly from the HiveHustlers account. Just simply using the resources from a failed venture to fund one that will hopefull be fruitful in the long run!

Anyway, now that I have this all working, time to recalibrate and get these machines back to work! I am very close to finishing my big hydroponics system that I am going to be putting in the greenhouse that next week's powerdown is going to purchase!

Until next time...

Be cool, be real, and always abide my dudes!

The table covers really did a good job! It changes the entire perspective of the workshop!

It's weird how picky we can be with backgrounds hey, I also try and get a clean background whenever it is possible. Laughs doing so much effort for just a simple photo, but I like that!!

Yeah, it's been driving me up the freaking wall since I have been here having everything around me just cluttered and nasty, so I am taking advantage of them being in FL for the winter and early spring to get this place cleaned and turn it into my own, lol. The table cloths have helped just my mindset and view of it, lol. But yeah, the nasty stained table tops were messing with my photo eye in a bad way and something needed to be done, lol.

That is absolutely cool! 3D Printing is such a powerful weapon in the right hands and totally useless in the wrong hands. I just love to see it.
